How do I know that my device is still entitled to IQOS CARE PLUS?

As long as you did not specifically unsubscribed from IQOS CARE PLUS and that your device is still under warranty, your device remains covered by IQOS CARE PLUS.
For each device, you are entitled to one claim on accidental damage during the coverage period. To find out more about your coverage please contact your IQOS Care Center. -
What is the price of IQOS Care Plus?

For the time being, IQOS Care Plus is offered free of charge, and is automatically available to all consumers upon registration.

How can I enroll in IQOS Care Plus?

IQOS Care Plus is offered free of charge, and is automatically available to all consumers upon registration.

I have an account, but one of my devices is not registered, how can I enroll it in Care Plus?

If your device is still under warranty, you can link your device on your account, and then it will be automatically enrolled in Care Plus as well. If you encounter problems, please contact IQOS Care Team.

What if a I purchase the device in a different country?

Coverage will apply in the country where you registered the device in your account.

If I lost my device, can I benefit from a replacement under accidental damage coverage?

Replacement is not available for such cases.

Are accessories and cleaning tools covered for accidental damage replacements?

Replacement is not available for such cases, it only applies for the devices and their single line-up items.

What is accidental damage coverage?

Accidental damage coverage is an extra service that refers to replacing during warranty period one time a holder and a pocket charger, registered in your account on IQOS-Care.NL from various reasons related to misusage of the device (for example, broken blade, broken latch etc.)

If my device has a cosmetic damage, can frontline provide a replacement under accidental damage coverage?

Replacement is not available for such cases.

Before IQOS CARE PLUS was launched in my market, I had already a replacement of my device for accidental reason.
Will I have another chance to have my device replaced? -
Previous replacements due to accidental damage do not affect your coverage.
You are entitled to one accidental damage replacement between the enrollment in Care Plus and the end of your warranty period.
