You can modify your personal details of your account via the “My IQOS” tab, located in the upper right corner of the IQOS website.
Afterwards, click the “Edit Profile” section. -

I am registered but I cannot log in anymore. What happened?

If you register without placing any orders on the Webshop or registering any IQOS devices, please note that we will deactivate your account and erase all your personal data within six months after your registration.
